Our Satisfaction Guarantee here at Skateboard Ramps & Rails is for 30 days from the date our customer receives the product. We want you to be satisfied with our products and feel confident and secure with your purchase. This satisfaction guarantee is solely at the discretion and obligation of skateboardrampsandrails.com, and is in no way related to the manufacturers warranty. We will not accept a return based on defects in workmanship or materials of any kind. The manufacturer supplies a full 1-year warranty of its own to resolve issues based on defects. Skateboard Ramps & Rails holds no responsibility whatsoever should a product be defective from the manufacturer. The conditions of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee are as follows: No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from skateboardrampsandrails.com. Product must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original price without the shipping charges). The item must be returned in its original condition without any modifications or customization of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to custom paint and/or stickers. It must not be damaged in any way aside from normal wear sustained by normal use. Purchaser pays the shipping cost to return the product. Sorry about all of the rules but we have to draw the line somewhere.
