Sports Solutions was formed in 1998 to purchase the assets (including multiple patents we still currently hold today) of a Wichita, Kansas based company I.M.S., Inc. At that point in time there were only 3 products offered-the BUA Aluminum Floor to Ceiling in Silver, The OakRak Floor to Ceiling, and the OakRak Freestanding model. None of the product was in retail packaging. Sports Solutions immediately began an aggressive effort to expand the product line, implement 4-color retail packaging, and develop market friendly dealer programs. By 1999, we had expanded the product line to include several color variations of our BUA Aluminum model, added the OakRak Wall Mount Solo, and OakRak Lean Machine. The company moved into a larger facility to accommodate the increased production and warehousing needs. In 2000, the company introduced its first imported products and launched our very popular 6-bike Deluxe Floor Stand line. The BUA line was expanded and the popular BUA Solo Wall Mount unit was introduced. In 2001, Sports Solutions acquired the assets of Alta Design and Development of San Diego, California, and the Grandstandtm became the newest member of the Sports Solutions Bicycle Storage Family. At this point, Our product line had grown to include 7 add on kits for our Aluminum and OakRak products, a 4-bike folding park stand, 2 entry level wall mount products, and the first prototype of our Deluxe Hoist System. By 2003, Sports Solutions had become the leader in the storage category within the Bicycle Industry and was now becoming a recognized brand name. We were 20 plus products strong, had good representation in every major bicycle distributor, and a growing business with a large number of high profile mail order companies. In the fall of 2003, Sports Solutions acquired the rights to the Bike Treetm line of products from the Sure-Trak company out of Tempe, Arizona. By years end, Sports Solutions had over 25 products featured in their catalog and once again needed to move to meet the growing expansion. In early 2004, Sports Solutions relocated to our larger, high cube facility located at 1635 E. 37th North in Wichita, Kansas. We expanded many things including our warehousing capability and our staff, and set our sites on yet another large business expansion. Looking ahead, Sports Solutions will offer over 40 different items to store everything from bikes to kayaks, golf bags to car top carriers. In 2007 we will also launch two extremely technically advanced products that will usher in a new age in consumer friendly storage products, and we will look to not only expand, but to constantly refresh our current product line. We will also be unveiling a new look with modern paint schemes and finishes, stronger yet more appealing packaging, and strong brand presence over our entire line. There are no doubts that 2007 will be a strong year for Sports Solutions and we look forward to earning your business today and in the future.
